1995 Jim Lauer and Steve Klatt purchased A.B. Dick Products of South Bend.
1995 Changed the name of the company from A.B. Dick Products of South Bend to
Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc.
1995 Acquired Lanier Direct Sales offices in South Bend and Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
1998 Opened office in Merrillville, Indiana with acquisition of Lanier Direct Sales office
in Northwest, Indiana and Business Machine Center.
1999 Built corporate headquarters, warehouse and training facility in South Bend, Indiana.
2001 Purchased Classic Products OTS in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
2004 Acquired Lanier Direct Sales office in Grand Rapids, Michigan and thereby acquiring
46 counties.
