History
1995 Steve Klatt and Jim Lauer purchased A.B. Dick Products of South Bend.
1995 Changed the name of the company from A.B. Dick Products of South Bend to
Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc.
1995 Acquired Lanier Direct Sales offices in South Bend and Fort Wayne, Indiana.
1998 Opened a new office in Merrillville, Indiana with the acquisition of Lanier customers
in Northwest Indiana and acquired a company named Business Machine Center, Inc.
1999 Built a new corporate headquarters, warehouse and training facility in South Bend, Indiana.
2001 Purchased Office Technology Services (O.T.S.) in Fort Wayne, Indiana and opened a new office.
2004 Opened an office in Grand Rapids, Michigan serving 46 additional counties.
2005 Opened a new company- Advanced Water Solutions.
2006 Expanded Services to include Manages Print Services.
2009 Became an authorized dealer for Canon, USA.
2010 Acquired Marks on Paper, a company that sells printers and supplies and provides printer service.
