As a business professional you will work an assigned prospect list within vertical markets to consistently identify new business opportunities. You will meet with decision-makers to analyze the customer's requirements by performing an output assessment. You will identify areas of redundancy or inefficiency and recommend solutions to streamline work-flow and increase operating efficiency. All candidates will have demonstrable success in previous endeavors and will:

Executive Assistant to the President

Position:
The Executive Assistant to the President position will have a wide range of requirements and is often extremely demanding. A certain amount of project management is required, as well as the ability to accept the delegation of less consequential executive tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Typing correspondence, forms, etc.
- Screen the President's incoming phone calls
- Distributing correspondence internally and externally
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Making travel arrangements
- Providing miscellaneous administrative support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years recent experience supporting top company executives
- The ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters and display excellent judgment
- Proficient computer skills, including a high level Microsoft Office skills (testing will be part of the interview process)
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication
- Three years of experience working as an Executive-level Administrative Assistant. An Associates Degree in Secretarial Sciences or related field preferred. This high profile position requires the ability to drive sales through a Management team. Reporting to the President, the Vice President of Sales will have complete responsibility for Advanced Imaging Solutions' Sales teams in Northern Indiana and Michigan. This person will have the responsibility of developing and executing an integrated business plan which will help the company grow in terms of volume, market share and profit. The Vice President of Sales must directly expand, develop and lead the sales teams to achieve their maximum potential. This person will have "hands-on" responsibility for hiring, training, and motivating the staff to achieve its goals and will coordinate all appropriate departments to assure that aggressive and attainable sales plans are developed. Lastly, this person is expected to fulfill a key role on the company's executive management team.
Key Objectives:
- Attain 100% of targeted sales objectives monthly, quarterly and annually
- Direct profitable growth across all business segments
- Develop short- and long-term marketing and sales execution plans to support the objectives of the company
Background Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in marketing or business (an MBA is a distinct plus). You must to be a strong leader who has a proven track record in driving results and showing new and improved methods of consultative selling. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate success and over-achievement in selling and managing in a product and/or professional services environment. This person will likely have a minimum of 10-15 years of business experience of which 5-10 has been in leadership-based positions. The ideal person will have a commanding presence, demonstrate strong general business skills, including financial management, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization. Experience in the document management industry is a definite plus.
