Job responsibilities include:
- Assessing the needs of our valued and potential customers in relation to document management and overall document strategy with intent to control costs and improve business work flow.
- Achieving quota through implementing creative sales strategies; performing extensive customer needs analyses and site surveys.
- Meeting with decision makers, understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account.
- Developing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintaining and growing current accounts as well as identifying and recruiting new accounts.
Requirements of position:
- Prior experience in a competitive, outside B2B sales environment is highly required. Prior document technology experience a plus! (Entry-level college graduates with very strong history of achievement in past positions and the specific desire to be in outside sales will be considered; prior experience/internships in sales and/or marketing and solid positions of leadership are preferred.)
- Must possess professional presentation and organizational skills, as well as excellent PC and problem solving abilities; you must be a very activity-focused individual.
- Must be a creative self-starter with a good work ethic, self-discipline, persistence, and good time-management skills.
- Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and exceptional listening and comprehension skills.
- Enjoy learning about and using cutting edge technology.
- The commission-focused sales professional with aspirations of uncapped earning potential generally is the most successful.
