Our Promise:

  • Performance Guarantee - 98% continuous performance during work hours.
  • Replacement Guarantee - If equipment purchased is not performing to your satisfaction, a replacement will be provided at no charge.
  • Loaner Guarantee - If your equipment is out of service for more than 12 working hours a loaner will be provided at no additional cost.
  • Service Guarantee - Customers will receive a response for a service call within four working hours from the time the problem is reported.
  • Lease Guarantee - Upgrade at any time without a prepayment penalty
  • Term Guarantee - The term guarantee will remain in force for five years or the maximum copy/print volume, whichever occurs first.
