We are searching for Sales Account Executives who have a deep understanding of our products and services as they apply to business processes. They will need to prove they are able to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders at the Executive-level to develop technology solutions that are aligned with business strategies and objectives.

We use a structured team selling approach that is based upon developing a technology solution that achieves the customer’s business requirements through the implementation of the services we provide across all divisions. The Sales Account Executive must be able to adapt to technology changes and establish dynamic relationships with existing and prospective customers that prosper with forward-thinking and innovative solutions.

The Technical Support Specialist will provide phone-based, web-based, and onsite technical support to Advanced Imaging Solutions’ customers and employees regarding product connectivity and functionality integration. The Technical Support Specialist will also be responsible for installing and implementing various software products and native functionality on our full line of office equipment. The supported functions and software include, local printing, server-based printing, scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, LDAP integration, PaperCut print management software, Square 9 Softworks document management software, and others. The position requires a task-oriented individual who’s a self-starter, has a positive “can do” attitude, and possesses strong customer service skills. The individual must also have a valid driver license and be able to drive anywhere within our service territory. A drug test, driving record, and criminal background check will also be performed.
