At Advanced Imaging Solutions, we base our customer service expectations on the Golden Rule: treat others the way you would like to be treated. We go above and beyond this principle to ensure our customers receive remarkable service. Our team tracks customer experiences in a variety of ways. One of the main ways we evaluate the success of our customer service is through our Net Promoter Score.

What is a Net Promoter Score?

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures a customer’s loyalty. After each service call our team completes, the customer is given a brief survey asking, “On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our company?”

How is it measured?

A third-party provider, CEO Juice, tracks the responses and analyzes the data. Anyone who answers the question with a 1-6 is considered a detractor. Anyone who answers with a 7 or 8 is passive, and anyone who answers 9 or 10 is considered a promoter.

Once the feedback is analyzed, the NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of unhappy customers (detractors) from the percentage of happy customers (promoters).

CEO Juice provides a monthly Net Promoter Score, in addition to tracking our score year-to-date. As of today, our score for 2019 is 95.6%.
